Model friendship and pursue truth with people who don’t think like you!

With The Doubter’s Club training, you can confidently build friendships with people who are not like you by having those conversations mom told you to avoid. Our hope is that you even decide to start a Doubter’s Club in your own community. How can we serve you?

Our Beginnings

The Doubters’ Club started in Denver, CO as a conversation between two friends, one an atheist and one a Christian. Through becoming friends, Preston suggested that they meet on a regular basis to talk about issues that matter. Not only them, but what if others joined in. It quickly became a structured meeting where a Christian and atheist modeled friendship and pursued truth together.

Since its inception, The Doubter’s Club has multiplied to different locations internationally. We are excited that you have decided to join the movement as one who believes finding truth is better done together. This is the story of our beginning.  But it is just that… only the beginning!

our mission

The mission of The Doubters’ Club is to model friendship and pursue truth together with people who think differently than one another. Both aspects must be present for it to be a Doubter’s Club: modeling friendship and pursuing truth with people who think differently.

Modeling friendship: Both co-moderators put their friendship on display through being the first to talk about the topic voted on the time before.

Pursuing truth together: Although admirable, it is not enough to just have a group of friends who think differently. Real friendships help one another find out what is true, and they pursue that truth together. Call us crazy, but we think you can do that even if you think differently than one another.

our rules

1. We value respect above being right.
2. We listen without interrupting.
3. We listen with an open mind.
4. We understand and accept differences of opinion.
5. We are a safe place.

About Our locations

  • We have Doubters’ Club locations launching all the time! Since the release of the book, we have had a heightened interest in starting clubs. We have seen over 100 clubs launch around the world. Since it is a club, it isn’t meant to last forever. Our belief is that the life-cycle of a Doubters’ Club should be as long as it takes for it to become a life-style.

  • Contact us to see if there is a Doubters’ Club near you. If there isn’t, we will let you know how you can possibly start a club yourself.

Contact us if you have questions about our locations. We would love for you to visit!
